I am Dr. Kristen 'Tiki' Guillory, Director of Programs of Fortress Youth Development Center. I am a native of Dallas, Texas. I completed my Bachelors degree from Texas Christian University and my Masters and PhD from the University of Texas at Arlington.

I am also a researcher, an adjunct professor, and a public/ motivational speaker.  I serve on many boards and committees throughout the Metroplex and have been invited to present my articles and research in England, Germany and Hawaii.

I have been involved in ministry work for over twelve years, have founded four Christian step teams and am the co-founder and a member of Lady Alacrity, which is a group that ministers through step, dance and speaking.

I have a deep passion for youth and have been working with them for the last 11 years. I have one brother and sister. I love to salsa dance, travel, step, and assist others in becoming who God wants them to be.
