Tracy began working at Fortress in August of 2014 and serves as our Math Lab Coordinator. Having a love for math and for kids, she believes God is using her talents as the vessel to be able to connect with and impact the lives of our Fortress children. Tracy has a degree in Administrative Management from the University of North Texas.

The nonprofit world is not new to Tracy. She has volunteered over 20 years with the Girl Scouts and over 10 years with the Boy Scouts with all three of her children staying in scouting through high school. With Girl Scouts she was a troop leader, event director, council trainer and worked day camps for many years. She still serves as treasurer for her son's Boy Scout troop, even though he is grown and now attending Oklahoma Christian University. Tracy also worked professionally for the Girl Scouts for 5 years, where she supported volunteers, recruited girls and implemented short-term programs for girls (and boys in some instances) in organizations very similar to Fortress.

Tracy has been married to her best friend, Rick, an Arlington firefighter, for 30 years. They have 3 grown children and two young grandsons. They are very active in the Woodland West Church of Christ where they have worshipped and served for over 25 years. Their youngest graduated from high school last year and they are very excited about this new season in their life and how God will continue to use them.
