This is an easy and effortless way you can help us reach
our community!
Fortress is now part of the Tom Thumb Food Markets Good Neighborhood Program. What does this mean? It means that every time you make a purchase at Tom Thumb,
a percentage of your purchase will be donated to Fortress!!!
If you shop at Tom Thumb, you probably already have a rewards card. If you simply
link our organization (Good Neighborhood Number 11559), the purchase of your
groceries will automatically contribute to our kids!
How do you link your card? You will simply fill out the Good Neighbor program
section and the top part of a Reward Card Application, indicating your organization's
number and return it to the Courtesy Booth. OR if you already have a rewards
card, print & fill out this
card and turn it in! That's it! Your organization is now linked to those
cards.
Tom Thumb FAQ's:
Can I link my Reward
card to more than one
organization?
Up to three organizations per household may be linked. Your total purchase amount
will be divided equally among the organizations designated on the Reward cards
in each household. To maximize the contribution level, we recommend choosing
only one organization per household.
What if I already have my Reward card linked to an organization,
but decide that I want to change it?
You can change your designated
organization at any time by completing a Reward Application Form at any Courtesy
Booth. Fill in the top portion and the "Good Neighbor Program" section, indicating
what account number to link or delink on your card.
Do I have to give the organization's number every time I make a
purchase?
No. Once your Reward card is linked to your specified organization,
that's it! Every time you make a purchase using your Reward card, the total
purchase will be automatically credited to your organization.
What purchases are excluded?
Pharmacy, fuel, alcoholic
beverages, and tobacco products do not count toward the purchase amount credited
to the Good Neighbor Program accounts.
I forgot to give the cashier my Reward card. Can I bring in my receipt
tomorrow to be sure that my organization gets the credit for that purchase?
No. A customer's Reward card must be scanned at the register prior to having
your groceries scanned. Data to determine Tom Thumb' contribution to Good Neighbor
Program organizations is collected electronically through the magnetic strip
on your Reward Card. Therefore, we are only able to credit the organizations
with purchases made through the Reward Card. Purchases made prior to the Reward
Card being linked to the organization do not count toward the Good Neighbor
Program. Purchases are not retroactive.
