She has a spunky personality and loves to spend time with friends and family. She is passionate about helping others and believes giving back to the community is important. In her spare time, you can find her studying, volunteering, going to a fun sporting event or concert, dancing to every genre of music known to man, shopping, or experiencing new places.
Fortress is so special to Mackenzie, and she knows the importance of providing hope to these young kiddos in Fort Worth. One special memory that she will always remember is when she and her mentee were painting pictures for each other, and her mentee painted a picture of them holding hands with the word “family” written at the top. Moments like these make Mackenzie realize the difference she is making in the lives of those at Fortress.
