JJ grew up in Fort Worth and has been a part of the Fortress family for as long as he can remember. At Fortress, he is the new receptionist and he is very excited for a new experience and to stay a part of the Fortress family throughout his high school career. 

He is 14 years old and a freshman at Trimble Tech High School where he is studying graphic design. He likes doing any kind of art and being active (as long as it isn't too hot outside). He has a brother and sister who both still attend Fortress. 

JJ is thankful that he got to grow up coming to Fortress because it helped him learn more about God. He loves spending time at Fortress because without it, he would just be at home doing nothing. He feels that everyone here means something to him. He's had a great 14 years at Fortress, and he hope it just gets better from here!
